By accessing or using the K-Egg website and ordering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. About K-Egg
K-Egg is a Korean-style egg sandwich and street food establishment located in Maysan, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Our website allows customers to browse our menu, place orders for pickup, and learn about our promotions.
3. Online Orders
- All orders placed through our website are for pickup only at our physical store in Maysan, Valenzuela.
- Orders must be picked up on the selected date and time. Unclaimed orders after 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time may be forfeited.
- K-Egg reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Payment
- We accept Cash and GCash payments.
- For GCash payments, a valid receipt screenshot must be uploaded at checkout for verification.
- K-Egg is not responsible for failed GCash transfers due to incorrect account details entered by the customer.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
- Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
- No refunds will be issued for orders that have already been prepared and are ready for pickup.
6. Promotions and Spin the Wheel
- Promotional offers are valid only during the specified period and while stocks last.
- The Spin the Wheel promo requires a minimum purchase of ₱500. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days at our physical store.
- K-Egg reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
7. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- K-Egg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of K-Egg and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
K-Egg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
10. Changes to Terms
K-Egg reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
